There are plenty of casters at The Elder Scrolls Blades Gold, which makes this ability VERY useful but only short of a”should have” in my novel. Secondly – Struggling – Combos/timing are KEY! Learn how to blend with EACH class of weapon and attempt to recall what kind of harm (Slash/Bash/Cleaving) does extra damage against each foe. Example- An Axe with 50 Damage will do with 90 damage against a Troll than a Sword. LOVE your shield! Lesson number 2- You ca slash. And not only use it, but try to learn the timing it takes to use it in relation to the armor your wearing, the weapon you have equipped, or even the competitor your fighting.
When an opponent shield bashes you, then you can’t use your shield or spells for a second or 2, so remember that and use that couple seconds to land gigantic combos. Lesson 3- This is NOT a one finger match. To land combos the most effectively, you need to attack from the left and right side of this display. Alternating btwn the 2. If you time the strikes correctly, you will shred your opponent and quickly return into Absorb or Adrenaline Dodge to gain back any lifetime you lost throughout the combo attack. What makes The Elder Scrolls Blades so complicated are of the various variations of armor and weapons you can use. I’m not 100 percent but so far, it seems that The Elder Scrolls Blades would like you to carry a number of sets of armor as well as multiple weapons in order for you to progress”easier” than simply using gems. In other words, no one set of no 1 weapon and armor will make you OP at everything.
Gems- While hard to comprehend, you will need to be smart about what you spend them on. Following a learning curve I have decided the best way to invest my gems to be this- I gem the grade crates. They typically give the mats you will need to build/upgrade your own shops/houses and cost 1 stone. Therefore don’t be concerned if your full of high grade chests, just keep them running as far as possible and spend 1 stone each for ESO Blades Boosting the reduced crates. This will allow you to not have to expand your Crate stash, rather seriously, if you have 10 crates waiting to be opened or 20 what does it matter? In the end, your still waiting. So DONT buy more space for your chests and only Gem the low ones while passing on the bigger ones. (Do not freak out, there’ll ALWAYS be another crate).
