I think what you are asking is for new games with elderly IPs especially as a lot of Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta don’t have fresh games made in Japan. Over the years, SEGA’s been improving in regards to bringing many of the IPs to NA. This year we’ll be visiting PSO2’s Western release accompanied with Sakura Wars, another franchise that had been Japan-only for quite a while. Ultimately, just like the situation with Phantasy Star, this comes down to what SEGA of Japan would like to do. The Western divisions of SEGA don’t have too much control on what is done bout these IPs people beg them to work with again. Tho it might be better off on the Switch imo)
Basically I just want to have an excuse use and to construct a DIY installation. I would love to watch JP and NA get another using a remaster of PS0 BUT PSNova might be a far better match ESPECIALLY on Switch as it was a Vita name. I suppose because modern phones can manage NDS emulation NP and re-written NDS either is possible and Vita names would run fine as vents.
Not to spoil your parade, but this DOES possess lootboxes, or at least the Japanese version does. Even the”AC/SG Scratches” are pretty much just lootboxes by another name… AC scratch things are tradeable and the market is pretty reasonable in PSO2, you can generally purchase items you want without spending real money if you put in a small bit of work or get lucky with a precious item drop. SG scrapes are available for 6 weeks at a time, contain exclusive items, and what you get out of them is not tradeable – the saving grace is that SG is rather simple to earn without paying anything, you’ll typically get about 30~40 plays of an SG scratch each scratch if you are finishing all the campaigns and in-game things that palms out SG.but you can nonetheless purchase SG. You are able to cheap meseta pso2 exchange in 40 SG Scratch Things to get a Ticket that lets you get one thing of your choosing by the SG scratch, but that is still 40+ rolls, and also those rolls are still a gamble, you may still not get whatever you need from 40 rolls.
