Weapons will need to be balanced according to 2 handed standing or 1, I do not understand. It makes no sense. I believe they should be balanced by setting up the cost and number of hits per turn according to their power. 1 or 2 handed standing currently has no significance other than whether you can use a shield , but having a shield with it does not come with any added personality improvement. And both will operate with guards following this upgrade. So it seems to me like you’re balancing weapons just to balance weapons, not.
