For executed in MLBTS20, im 22, for MLB 19 the show stubs real though, If we do not see the additions we’ve been requesting. Ive been enjoying franchise baseball MLBTS since 2014. The lack of maintenance is disgusting. It is basically set up as a 1 year game and that is not fair. We should not need to feel pressured into becoming MLB The Show 19 annually if it is only a roster update and some lipstick. Put some effort into your representation of BASEBALL and solve the bugs you know are not there. Landmarks and stats, that is Baseball.
They require a brand new engine for MLB The Show 19. Until Next Gen consoles probably won’t happen. From movies of MLB 19 I’ve seen… the graphics are looking obsolete today. It animation plays and based while they’re addressing the defense. They need to reconstruct MLB The Show 19s engine so playing defense is FLUID and easy. I’ll probably pick up MLB 19 once it goes on sale though. Not paying full cost anymore for the reheats like the Hoops games, MLB, Madden or NHL. One of the actual joys in a baseball game is playing defense… and if it’s not real fluid and time and is extremely laggy/animation established hanging/herky jerky gameplay it just ruins the experience. Hope they can clean it up… but it sounds every year it’s the exact same hanging cartoon llaggy garbage on defense since it’s MLB The Show 19 engine which needs fixing from the bottom up. Next Gen fixes it.
All the not sitting Griffey to get ichiro and I disagree. A few years ago when ichiro was a legit slap hitter in MLB The Show 19 I had him as my leadoff with power choices in RF. He hit like 450 online. And stole second every time he got on base.I’ve never played on line (im in australia, so there isn’t many of us playing), however what infuriated me in 18 offline was squaring it up and nearly every time it turned out to be a hard line drive straight down the throat of one of the outfielders. I really could go like 6 outs in a row like that. Are you saying the PCI reward would help with that? Offline was great but tons of things grinding were time locked. We couldn’t even get to 85% in Piazza, Jackie, Pujols, and Gossage until May. And we couldn’t get any immortal except Vlad. So taking two stars for things off timed locked.
