With respect to only OSRS gold upgrades, I do know for certain. I had not played rs2/3 because I was f2p around mid 2010 (I tried for a couple of days, years ago, but was put off by SoF and didn’t know eoc), and that I just returned after I did all of the quests around late 2007 in oldschool, in february of this year. I do know that I have loved every pursuit between 2016 and 2007, and those from 2016 sound exciting.
I love the brand new tabbed interface, I like current with revo to bridge the gap between legacy and manual, I’ve enjoyed invention, runescape player-owned farms, elite dungeons, proper dungeoneering, achievements to keep track of post-quest lore things and reworked m&s. I enjoy how music has been reworked too, for the most part (where would be still night, parade, and various other tracks?). Recently, I truly enjoyed bgh and the bank upgrade. I guess I have most of all loved coming back to so many things to do. I believe ultimately, eoc did affect that the most.
I have done that. Get the desire determine exactly what I theres material that is new and missed. Its amazing and sucks you then after a couple of days the feeling of sorrow settles in. Done wasted time depositing money and getting back to games then feel compelled I must play at that point. Just uninstall.
Chalk it up as a lesson learned and do not beat yourself up. MMOs are like drugs to some of us so its totally understandable. It is strange to think that I’m able to’conquer’ the sensation of needing to Buy Rs gold keep up by thinking that getting to that point is far too time consuming so I view it as an impossible undertaking.
