In particular, he’s got no bind, silence/seal, or the like to counter things such as Damage Reflect and Cancel Physical Damage. This endangers him worst, hinders him at least for most major directors (Empress, Tough Magnus, to name 2).
Besides that, I believe that Hayato, for it’s present underpowered status, is quite hard to buff with out becoming buy Maplestory 2 Mesos. It is already kind of a bully class early to mid game (Lv. 30-130) in terms KSing possible for his or her mobbing skills, and his blisteringly fast attacks.
If one were to correct the harm%’s of his Sanrenzan, or even add additional attack lines, it gets him overpowered. Maybe if Shinsoku had a greater% damage per line, it might help things, but I’d suggest adding a dab of a sort to his kit.
Now, abilities aside, I believe there is an even greater reason he does not get as much love from players: his mastery. Granted, he’s 60% command from the very beginning, but that would be it. Other courses get 80% control, maintaining their harm relatively stable. Hayato? His harm jumps about as far as he or she does. There’s fastest way to make maplestory 2 mesos also the issue of his assault multiplier (that is very tough to adjust in a means that is balanced).
To summarize this, Hayato’s Katana is known as 2h, but has a multiplier more indicative of a 1h weapon. 2h swords/axes/maces possess a general multiplier of 1.34, and spears/polearms have 1.49. With the aforementioned in mind, what, praytell, do you guys think would balance Hayato out?
